What if my order never arrives?

Track your order using the tracking link sent to your email. If it shows no movement for 7 days after being shipped, contact the seller first. If unresolved, raise a dispute and destin.bio will investigate.

What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Go to your order tracking page and click "Return / Report Issue". Provide photos of the item received. If the product has a return window, the seller is obligated to accept the return.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI/card/net banking).

Is COD safe?

Yes. COD orders are shipped via Shiprocket-partnered couriers. You pay only when the package is delivered to your door.
