Reading Your Analytics Dashboard
Understand your shop metrics โ views, conversion funnel, revenue by source, repeat buyers, best time to post โ and use them to grow.
The Analytics dashboard (Dashboard โ Analytics) gives you a real-time view of how your shop is performing. This guide explains each metric and how to act on the data.
Use the 7 / 30 / 90-day switcher at the top to change the period โ metric cards show the change vs the previous period (e.g. โ 34%). You can also export everything to CSV.
Page Views
Page views show how many people visited your shop storefront.
| Metric | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Today | Visitors in the last 24 hours |
| Last 30 days | Rolling 30-day visitor count |
| All time | Total visitors since your shop was created |
A sudden spike in page views often means a piece of content (a story, reel, or broadcast) is performing well. Track which posts drive the most visits so you can replicate them.
Link Clicks
If you've added Instagram Reels or custom links via Dashboard โ Reels, their click counts appear in analytics. This tells you which content is driving interest and product discovery.
Order Revenue
Revenue is the total value of your paid orders. The dashboard shows it two ways:
- Revenue (selected period) โ paid-order value for the chosen 7/30/90-day window, with the change vs the previous period.
- Total revenue (all time) โ lifetime paid-order value, alongside the total number of completed orders.
- Average Order Value (AOV) โ period revenue รท number of orders. Higher is better.
This is gross order value, not your take-home. What you actually receive after gateway fee, shipping, and TCS deductions is your Net Payout โ see Dashboard โ Payouts (and the "How Seller Payouts Work" guide).
Traffic Sources & Revenue by Source
See where visitors come from โ Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Search, Direct and more. Toggle the card between "Views" and "Revenue" to see not just where traffic comes from, but which channel actually drives sales.
Apps like Instagram and WhatsApp often hide the referrer, so untagged visits get bucketed as "Direct". For accurate attribution, share the TAGGED links from the "Share your store" panel (one per channel) โ also on your dashboard home. Those links tell us exactly which channel sent each visit and sale.
Conversion Funnel
The funnel shows Page views โ Product views โ Orders, with the drop-off at each step and an overall visit-to-buy rate. If you get views but few product views, your storefront/first impression needs work; if product views but few orders, improve photos, price clarity, or add a coupon.
Buyers: New vs Returning
See how many buyers in the period are new vs returning, plus your repeat-buyer rate. A rising repeat rate means strong product quality and trust โ reward repeat buyers with coupons.
Best Time to Post
Based on when your visitors are most active (in IST), this suggests the best day and hour to post โ schedule your Stories/reels around those peaks for maximum reach.
Benchmarks & Milestones
See how your views compare to other stores on the platform, and track progress toward milestones (first 100 views, first โน10k in sales, and so on).
Store Wrapped (shareable)
The "Your store, wrapped" card summarises your views, orders and sales for the period. Tap "Share to Stories" to share it (your shop link is included) โ a quick, free way to attract more buyers.
Top Products
The analytics page shows which of your products have been viewed most. Use this to:
- Identify which products are popular but not converting โ they may need better photos or descriptions.
- Double down on products with high views AND high orders โ create more variations.
- Remove or revise products with zero views โ they may be hard to discover.
Conversion Rate
Conversion rate = (Orders รท Page Views) ร 100. A healthy rate for a product shop is 1โ3%.
- Below 0.5% โ your listing photos or descriptions may need improvement.
- 1โ3% โ healthy performance.
- Above 3% โ excellent, you have strong product-market fit.
