Reading Your Analytics Dashboard

Understand your shop metrics โ€” page views, link clicks, order revenue, and traffic sources โ€” and use them to grow.

The Analytics dashboard (Dashboard โ†’ Analytics) gives you a real-time view of how your shop is performing. This guide explains each metric and how to act on the data.

Page Views

Page views show how many people visited your shop storefront.

MetricWhat It Means
TodayVisitors in the last 24 hours
Last 30 daysRolling 30-day visitor count
All timeTotal visitors since your shop was created
๐Ÿ’ก

A sudden spike in page views often means a piece of content (a story, reel, or broadcast) is performing well. Track which posts drive the most visits so you can replicate them.

Link Clicks

If you've added Instagram Reels or custom links via Dashboard โ†’ Reels, their click counts appear in analytics. This tells you which content is driving interest and product discovery.

Order Revenue

Revenue shows the total value of paid orders (excluding COD orders that haven't been delivered yet).

  • Gross Revenue โ€” total product sales value (before deductions).
  • Net Payout โ€” what you actually receive after gateway fee, shipping, and TCS deductions.
  • Average Order Value โ€” total revenue รท number of orders. Higher is better.

Traffic Sources

Understanding where your visitors come from helps you double down on what's working:

WhatsAppShared link in a chat or statusIncrease WhatsApp broadcasts

Top Products

The analytics page shows which of your products have been viewed most. Use this to:

  • Identify which products are popular but not converting โ€” they may need better photos or descriptions.
  • Double down on products with high views AND high orders โ€” create more variations.
  • Remove or revise products with zero views โ€” they may be hard to discover.

Conversion Rate

Conversion rate = (Orders รท Page Views) ร— 100. A healthy rate for a product shop is 1โ€“3%.

  • Below 0.5% โ€” your listing photos or descriptions may need improvement.
  • 1โ€“3% โ€” healthy performance.
  • Above 3% โ€” excellent, you have strong product-market fit.
