Managing Your Subscription & Billing
Everything about subscription plans, billing cycles, grace periods, and what happens when your subscription expires.
Your destin.bio subscription keeps your shop live and accessible to buyers. This guide explains how billing works, what happens when you don't renew, and how to manage your plan.

Free Trial
Every new seller gets a 30-day free trial when they complete onboarding. During the trial your shop is fully functional — unlimited products, Shiprocket shipping, all payment methods, analytics, and coupons.
- When you have 7 days or fewer remaining, a countdown banner appears on your dashboard.
- At 3 days remaining you'll be prompted to share quick feedback on your experience.
- When the trial ends, your shop enters a 3-day grace period before being paused.
What Happens When Your Subscription Expires
- 1Subscription or trial ends → Your shop enters a 3-day grace period.
- 2During grace period — your shop remains live, you can still process existing orders, but you'll see a banner reminding you to subscribe.
- 3After grace period — your shop is paused. Customers cannot place new orders or check out.
- 4Your products and data are preserved — nothing is deleted.
- 5Subscribe or renew at any time to instantly restore your shop.
During the paused state, buyers who visit your storefront will see a "Store on a break" message with links to track existing orders. Checkout is blocked for new orders, but existing orders continue to be processed. Subscribe quickly to avoid losing potential new sales.
Renewing Your Subscription
- 1Go to Dashboard → Billing.
- 2Click "Renew Subscription" or "Subscribe".
- 3Complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking — all methods supported).
- 4Your shop is instantly restored and your subscription end date is updated.
Free Months from Referrals
If you've earned referral credits (from the Refer & Earn program), they are automatically applied as subscription extensions — no action needed. Check Dashboard → Billing to see your current expiry date.
Upgrading to Annual
If you're on a monthly plan and want to switch to annual (with ~17% savings), go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Upgrade to Annual". Please note:
- Your current monthly subscription is cancelled immediately when you upgrade.
- Unused days from the current month are not refunded (Razorpay does not support partial refunds on subscriptions).
- Your new annual plan starts from the upgrade date.
- If you're already on an annual plan, the upgrade button is hidden — you cannot double-subscribe.
To minimise overlap, upgrade close to your monthly renewal date rather than right after a payment.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription from Dashboard → Billing → "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
After cancellation, your account and all data are preserved. Simply resubscribe when you're ready and your shop is reactivated instantly.
