How to find your order, understand its current status, and know what to expect at each stage.
Once your order is placed, you can track it in real time from pickup to delivery. Here's how.
How to Track Your Order
There are three ways to track your order:
- Direct link — go to destin.bio/track/[your-order-id] (your order ID was in your confirmation email).
- My Orders page — go to destin.bio/my-order. Enter your email address or phone number to see all your orders.
- Buyer account — if you created an account, log in at destin.bio/buyer/login and go to "My Orders".
Order Status Guide
| Status | What It Means | Expected Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Order Placed | Your order was received. The seller is preparing it. | Immediate |
| Processing | The seller is packing your order. | 1–2 business days |
| Shipped | Your package is with the courier. Tracking number is active. | — |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is with the delivery agent today. | By end of day |
| Delivered | Package delivered to your address. | — |
| Return Requested | You or the seller has initiated a return. | — |
Tracking with the AWB Number
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier's website for detailed transit updates.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
- Check the tracking status first — sometimes the courier's system lags by 12–24 hours.
- If the status hasn't updated in 3 days, raise a dispute at destin.bio/track/[order-id].
- For urgent help, contact the seller directly (their shop page usually has a WhatsApp link).

Courier deliveries typically happen between 10 AM and 7 PM. If you're not available, most couriers will attempt delivery again the next business day.
