Everything about the 30-day free trial — what's included, the countdown, grace period, and how to subscribe before it ends.
When you finish onboarding and your shop goes live, your 30-day free trial begins automatically. No credit card required, no feature restrictions — you get the complete platform from day one.
What's Included in the Trial

- Your own shop URL at destin.bio/yourusername

The trial is identical to a paid subscription — there are no hidden limitations. Use the full 30 days to test every feature with real orders.
Trial Countdown & Reminders
A banner on your dashboard always shows how many trial days are left, so you're never caught off guard:

We send the trial-ending reminder email only once, to the address on your account. Add no-reply@destinbio.com to your contacts so it doesn't land in spam.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
- 1Trial expires → 3-day grace period begins.
- 2During grace — your shop stays live, existing orders can still be processed, but you'll see an urgent banner on your dashboard.
- 3After grace — your shop is paused. Buyers will see "Store on a break" and cannot place new orders, but existing orders are still processed and tracked normally.
- 4Your products, orders, analytics, and all data are preserved. Nothing is deleted.
- 5Subscribe at any time to instantly reactivate your shop.
During the paused state, your storefront is blocked and checkout is disabled for all buyers. Don't let your momentum drop — subscribe before the trial ends.
How to Subscribe Before Trial Ends
- 1Go to Dashboard → Billing.
- 2Choose Monthly or Annual plan.
- 3Complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking).
- 4Your shop transitions seamlessly from trial to active — no downtime.
After the Trial — Can I Come Back?
Yes. Your account and all data are preserved even after the trial ends. Simply subscribe when you're ready and your shop is reactivated instantly. There are no re-onboarding steps — you pick up right where you left off.
Feedback During Trial
When your trial has 3 days or fewer remaining, we'll ask for quick feedback — a star rating and an optional note about your experience. This is completely optional and does not affect your trial or subscription. It helps us understand what's working and what needs improvement.
