Managing Your Buyer Account

How to update your profile, view order history, and request account deletion.

Your buyer account on destin.bio stores your order history and profile details. Here's how to manage it.

Accessing Your Account

  1. 1Go to destin.bio/buyer and log in with your email and password.
  2. 2If you signed up with Google, click "Continue with Google" to log in.
  3. 3After logging in, you'll see your order history and a link to Settings.

Updating Your Profile

Go to Buyer → Settings to edit the following:

  • Name — your display name shown on orders.
  • Phone — your contact number for order updates.
  • Email — visible but cannot be changed (it's tied to your login).
  1. 1Click "Edit" next to the profile section.
  2. 2Update your name or phone number.
  3. 3Click "Save" to apply changes.

Viewing Your Orders

Your order history is available at destin.bio/buyer. Each order shows:

  • Order ID and date
  • Product name and image
  • Order status (confirmed, shipped, delivered, returned)
  • Tracking link (once shipped)
  • Invoice download button (once paid)

Requesting Account Deletion

If you want to delete your destin.bio buyer account:

  1. 1Go to Buyer → Settings.
  2. 2Scroll to the "Delete Account" section.
  3. 3Click "Request Deletion" and optionally provide a reason.
  4. 4Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days.
  5. 5Once approved, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.

Account deletion is permanent. Your order history, reviews, and profile data will be erased and cannot be recovered. Any pending returns or disputes must be resolved before deletion is processed.

Deletion Request Status

After submitting a deletion request, you can check its status on the Settings page:

StatusMeaning
PendingRequest submitted, awaiting admin review
In ReviewAdmin is verifying there are no pending orders or disputes
ApprovedRequest approved — deletion will be completed shortly
RejectedRequest rejected (usually due to pending orders) — reason will be shown
CompletedAccount has been permanently deleted

If your deletion request is rejected, check for any open orders or disputes. Resolve them first, then submit a new request.
