Downloading Your Order Invoice
How to download a printable invoice for any order you've placed on destin.bio.
destin.bio generates a detailed invoice for every completed order. You can download it from your order tracking page as a PDF-ready document for your records, returns, or business expense claims.
When Is an Invoice Available?
Invoices are available after payment is confirmed:
- Online payments (UPI, card, net banking) — invoice is available immediately after payment succeeds.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — invoice is available as soon as the order is placed.
- Pending or failed payments — no invoice is generated until payment is confirmed.
How to Download Your Invoice
- 1Open your order tracking page — you received this link in your order confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
- 2Alternatively, go to destin.bio/buyer → My Orders → click the order you want.
- 3If you're logged in, you'll see a "Download Invoice" button on the order page.
- 4Click the button — labelled "Download Invoice" on desktop or "Invoice" on mobile. The invoice opens in a new tab.
- 5Use your browser's Print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) to save it as a PDF or print it directly.
You must be logged in as the buyer who placed the order to download the invoice. If you checked out as a guest, log in with the same email you used during checkout.
What's on the Invoice
- Order ID and order date
- Seller name and shop details
- Your name, email, phone, and shipping address
- Itemised product list with quantity and price
- GST breakdown (CGST, SGST, or IGST) per item
- Platform and shipping charges
- Total amount paid
- Payment method and payment date
If you need an invoice for a business expense or GST input tax credit, make sure the seller has their GSTIN listed on their shop. The invoice will include the seller's GSTIN and HSN codes when available.
