Self-Dispatch: Ship Your Return Yourself
What to do when automated courier pickup isn't available for your return.
In some cases, our automated courier pickup may not be available for your return. When this happens, you can ship the product back yourself.
When Self-Dispatch Is Activated
If our courier service is unable to arrange a pickup for your return, self-dispatch is automatically enabled. You'll see the seller's return address and a form to enter your tracking details on the order tracking page.
How to Self-Dispatch
- 1Go to your order tracking page and find the return section.
- 2Note the seller's return address shown on the page.
- 3Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- 4Ship it via any reliable courier (India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.).
- 5Enter the courier name and tracking number (AWB) in the form.
- 6Click "Submit Tracking Info".
You have 10 days from the date self-dispatch is activated to ship the product and submit tracking. After the deadline, the return will be automatically closed.
After Submitting
The seller will be notified and will verify receipt of the product. Once they confirm delivery, your refund will be processed as per the original refund method.
Always use a courier with tracking. Returns shipped without tracking cannot be verified and your refund may be delayed.
